Our Vision
Empower Skills Development Program is an initiative sponsored and led by The Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Seychelles to help young people in Seychelles grow, expand and deepen their professional skills. Our goal is to promote professional development, career advancement and fuel innovation in Seychelles.
By learning the available IT tools and gaining hands-on hard skills young professionals will be able to achieve more in less time, collaborate effectively within a team and provide better service to clients.

“Seychelles has been blessed with a stable economic and business climate for many decades. Unemployment rates have always been among the lowest in the world. This environment led to little need for job competition. As the markets are opening, professional competition is becoming increasingly relevant. There are about 19,500 expatriate workers in Seychelles, as reported by the Seychelles National Bureau of Statistics on June 30, 2023. While it is becoming progressively more challenging to compete against skilled expats who bring cutting edge expertise and Western work ethics, Seychelles professionals have no reason to stay behind. By continuing to innovate, learning modern technology tools and industry best practices, and constantly updating their qualifications, Seychellois professionals can place themselves at the forefront of the career competition.
